Spacious, convenient to downtown yet tucked away on a dirt lane just off San Marco Ave. Park your car in your private off-street parking spot (2) and you will not need to move it for the duration of your trip. One bedroom with a canopy bed and memory foam mattress. The pull out couch in the living room sleeps 2 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and eating. The claw foot tub in the bath has a shower with plenty of hot water. There is a screened in porch in the front and a private spacious deck on the side yard, with a table and four chairs. The yard is fully fenced.
