This entire property is yours to enjoy! Please make yourself at home! I will send a code to the front door on the day before checkin. This is our home away from home and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we do. Cute neighborhood that is within walking distance to the historic downtown area. Downtown offers an ice cream shop, coffee shop, boutiques, & several great restaurants! Some say that Main Street remind them of a Hallmark movie. Message me if you need recommendations! There is road side parking in the downtown areas. There are also sidewalks from the cottage to the historic downtown area making it a great spot to have a morning run. Its approximately a 5 minute walk to downtown area. We do not allow pets, parties, smoking, or drugs of any kind. This is strictly enforced. We have a driveway for parking. However, please feel free to open the back gate as there is room for 1 small to mid-sized vehicle under the covered back patio in case of rain or for your convenience. The driveway is a little tight and it can sometimes take a couple of minutes to back onto the street with traffic, so this also can help with trying to leave the property. NO parking on the grass!! The area gets alot of rain and parking on the grass OR turning around in the grass destroys the yard. There is a normal amount of traffic noise only in the upstairs, front room. We do offer extra fans and noise machines in each room for your convenience.
