The open concept living space boasts incredible lake views, comfortable furniture, 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal! The outside deck area features a grill, dining table, and relaxing sun loungers for reading a good book and catching some rays. The lakefront fire pit is the perfect spot for star gazing, telling stories, and making s'mores under the brilliant night sky. Guests have access to kayaks, swimming and fishing. If you need more room, we also manage the beautiful 2-bedroom cottage directly next door called "Water's Edge Lakefront Escape". Guest access You have the whole listing to yourself. Other things to note ***We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be on the property at any given time. There is a $1000 fee for any parties or gatherings. We do utilize local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense. This is a smoke free property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. There is a $1000 fee for smoking inside.*** We are happy to host dogs for a non-refundable fee of $50 per dog. While we love them, we cannot host cats. Several members of our team are highly allergic. If cats are in the home, there will be a $500 fee, no exceptions Quiet hours are from 7am to 9 pm.
