Guests staying at both the Beach House, the Studio and the Cottage access the property through the main gate at Banyan Beach House. There is a common parking area located here and guests staying at the Cottage have free parking for one vehicle. The cottage has its own separate entrance just off the parking area. The cottage shares the gate to access the beach with Beach House guests. ***Optional car rental add-on for just US$75.00 per day.*** Banyan Beach House sits on one of the hidden gems of Barbados, Brandons Beach. The Beach front property is among many short term rental homes in the neighborhood. It is located approximately five minutes’ drive from historical places of interest such as the Mount Gay Rum Distillery, Rihanna Drive and the cricket mecca, Kensington Oval, as well as Bridgetown, the capital of the island. Take a twenty-minute drive to the west coast, namely Holetown in St. James, where you will find the upscale Limegrove Lifestyle Centre and many restaurants and shops. We can assist with a car rental which we recommend for getting around. The property sits in the corner of the island with easy access to Bridgetown as well as both the South and West Coast. Parties & Gatherings, No parties, barbecues or gathering of 12 or more outside guests shall be held on any of the common property areas (terrace, pool deck etc) without permission from the Property Management Company obtained no less than 48hrs in advance.
