Guests staying at both the Beach House, the Studio and the Cottage access the property through the main gate at Banyan Beach House. There is a common parking area located here and guests staying at the Cottage have free parking for one vehicle. The cottage has its own separate entrance just off the parking area. The cottage shares the gate to access the beach with Beach House guests. ***Optional car rental add-on for just US$75.00 per day.*** Other things to note Parties & Gatherings, No parties, barbecues or gathering of 12 or more outside guests shall be held on any of the common property areas (terrace, pool deck etc) without permission from the Property Management Company obtained no less than 48hrs in advance.
