Bed and Breakfast in Royalton

Stay in one of three bedrooms with a queen-sized and gorgeous views of fields and forest. There are two shared bathrooms, a fireplace stove and homemade quiche for breakfast with a fresh pot of coffee or tea. Located in central Vermont The space 1840's Farmhouse with amazing views from every room in the house. Each of the three bedrooms features a queen-sized bed. There is a wood stove - fireplace in the living room which welcomes guests with a warm cheery fire on cold days. There are 2 shared bathrooms. Breakfast is included and often consists of homemade quiche, coffee or tea. Please let me know if you are vegetarian or are allergic to anything. Also, please let me know if you prefer pancakes, eggs or cereal with yogurt with fresh seasonal fruit. We have free WIFI. The bed and breakfast is located just 2 1/2 miles from South Royalton where you will find a couple of nice restaurants, Five Olde and the Worthy Burger. In the summer there is a Farmers Market on the Green each Thursday afternoon with a band concert following in the evening. Vermont Law School, the top Environmental Law School in the country, is also located in South Royalton. NOTE: This booking is for 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed which can accommodate up to 2 people. The house has two shared bathrooms. There are up to 3 rooms available with a queen-sized bed in each. Two shared bathrooms and a music room. Outdoors you will find paths through the fields and forest leading to a waterfall. During your stay I love greeting and chatting with guests. If you prefer to eat alone, just let me know. I want your stay to be just they way you envision it. Breakfast is served according to your schedule whether early bird or late sleeper. At times I may need to be away or leave early in the morning. In this case, breakfast will be self-serve but will still consist of a delicious breakfast with hot, homemade food, coffee or tea and seasonal fruits and juices.
