apartment is located in the quiet and centrally located district of Hagatna; a short walk to the crystal clear waters and beaches of Guam and to local entertainment and dining. I live onsite with my cat The space My fully owned apartment is older '70's style but clean, comfortable and quiet. It's the ideal place to base from during your island visit. We're located on the top of Hagatna hill and have great views of the beach and Hagatna Bay from the entryway or parking lot. Guest access All of my guests have full access to all of the apartment facilities. When you enter please remove your shoes and leave at entryway as we do in Japan. My house is your house! During your stay I am available on a limited basis as I work varying hours During my personal time off I'm in and out but always available by phone or text. Other things to note During your stay I always have fresh coffee or tea available as well as fresh local fruits and bread. Help yourself or feel free to shop locally and store your food in my refrigerator or freezer.
