The space The condo is located in the Barnes Plantation gated community. Guests will have on-site parking. Condo is a third floor walk-up. There are two "living spaces." Upon entrance there is a "lounge area/game room" to the left which has a sleeper sofa, game table. and record player. The living room has two chairs, one recliner, and a large comfortable sofa that can be slept on. Living room has a TV. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, silverware, and glassware. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Kitchen has large bar area with 6 bar stools. Kitchen closet houses washer/dryer, beach towels, and a couple of beach chairs. The master bedroom off the living room has a King size bed, sitting chair, bench, a large closet, and an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, large closet, and chair. The second bathroom is also a tub/shower combo. The patio is off the living room and has two chairs and a dinette set. Guest access Parking is first come, first serve. There is a large parking lot, so parking is not an issue. The condo is walking distance to serveral eateries/shops/cafes. Just outside the entrance to Barned Plantation is a bike shop that offers bike rentals for exploring the island.
