Tiny home in Scottsville

I recently renovated this house with two units on two different levels. The house was built by Dr Luther Stinson in late 1945 as employee housing for a local WWII factory that had just been completed. It was the 6th house he built for that purpose thus the name. He called it Cinderblock House #6. He owned many more rental properties some with names like Bingham Cottages, Brookside and Woodside. If this house is already reserved, I have other properties that could be available. Other things to note The coin washer and dryer are on the lower level with a separate entrance These units are available for use by my guests staying in the neighboring two properties
