House with large grounds in the countryside

Looking for the great outdoors, countryside, and nature? Come and rest in our large house overlooking a lot with vegetable garden, equipped with games for children. A climbing site, many paths (hiking, running or mountain biking) to discover forests, viewpoints and waterfalls close to the house or a few minutes by car, good regional and local products, ... enough to spend a great holiday with the family! The space Large house, quiet, at the exit of a small typical village of Haut-Doubs. The house has 2 levels: - On the ground floor, the equipped kitchen is open to a large living room. The bay window provides access to the terrace, which gives direct access to the garden. - The master bedroom, bathroom, toilet and laundry room are on the ground floor. - A spare room with a desk can accommodate 1 additional person (on request only). - Upstairs, there are the 2 children's rooms with 2 single beds. A trundle bed is available in one of the bedrooms for extra sleeping (on request only as well). - A playroom is available for children, on the same floor as the 2 bedrooms! The piano and drums are also there. We have the option to provide an umbrella bed as well as a high chair or booster. Outside, you can enjoy a large fully fenced garden, with a play area for children (sandpit, swings and slide, ...), a garden to rest (sunbeds available) or to pick some seasonal vegetables! The south-facing terrace allows breakfast and meals in the sun. We'll provide our gas BBQ. A large garage will allow you to store your vehicle and the bulky equipment. There are also 2 adult VTCs, one of which is equipped with a baby seat (on request), a child bike (T20 inches) and also a small wheeled bike. -> For the more active among you, a gym is set up in the basement: weight machine, carpet, steps, rower. Guest access Parking is in the courtyard of the house, closed by an electric gate. All the small shops in the village (bakery, supermarket, cheese shop, butcher shop, bank, hairdresser and pharmacy) are within walking distance (10/15 min walk). Other things to note Nearby sights: - Cirque de Consolation-Maisonnette and point of view of the Priest's rock, - Lake Saint-Point and Malbuisson (hiking, swimming, canoeing, sailing, pedal boat ...), - Proximity to Switzerland, and Swiss Mountains, ideal for hiking, with splendid views of the Alps, - Valley de la Loue et sources de la Loue (hiking, canoeing, swimming), - Sources du Lison - Dinozoo - City of Besançon, historic center and citadel (Zoo, museum, activity for children ...)
