House with large grounds in the countryside

Looking for fresh air, countryside and nature? Come and relax in our large house overlooking a plot with vegetable garden, equipped with games for children. A climbing site, many paths (hiking, running or mountain biking) to discover forests, views and waterfalls near the house or a few minutes by car, good regional and local products... enough to spend a beautiful family vacation! The space Large house, quiet, at the exit of a small typical village of Haut-Doubs. The house has 2 levels: - On the ground floor, the equipped kitchen is open to a large living room. The bay window allows access to the terrace, which gives direct access to the garden. - The master bedroom, bathroom, toilet and laundry room are on the ground floor. - A guest room with desk can accommodate 1 additional person (on request only). - Upstairs, there are 2 children's bedrooms with 2 single beds. A pull-out bed is available in one of the bedrooms for an extra bed (on request only). - A playroom is available for children, on the same floor as the 2 bedrooms! The piano and drums are there too. We have the possibility to provide a baby bed as well as a high chair or booster seat. Outside, you can enjoy a large fully fenced garden, with a play area for children (sandbox, swings and slide, etc.), a garden to rest (deckchairs available) or to pick some seasonal vegetables! The terrace, facing south, allows breakfast and meals in the sun. We offer our gas BBQ. A large garage will allow you to store your vehicle and bulky equipment. There are also 2 adult mountain bikes, one of which is equipped with a baby seat (on request), a children's bike (T20 inches) and also a small bike with training wheels. -> For the more athletic among you, a gym is set up in the basement: bodybuilding machine, mats, steps, rower. Guest access Parking is in the courtyard of the house, closed by an electric gate. All the small shops in the village (bakery, supermarket, cheese shop, butcher, bank, hairdresser and pharmacy) are within walking distance (10/15 min walk). Other things to note Tourist sites nearby: - Cirque de Consolation-Maisonnette and view of the Roche du Prêtre, - Lake Saint-Point and Malbuisson (hiking, swimming, canoeing, sailing, pedal boat...), - Proximity to Switzerland, and the Swiss Mountains chain, ideal for hiking, with splendid views of the Alps chain, - Loue Valley and Loue springs (hiking, canoeing, swimming), - Sources du Lison - Dinozoo - City of Besançon, historic center and citadel (Zoo, museum, activity for children...)
