Delightful detached house in scenic surroundings

The house is located in the woods with access to hiking and biking trails, mushrooms, berries and everything else a forest can offer. You have a large terrace overlooking Gloppefjorden and the turf mountains on the other side. Between the lawn and the forest is the house, with large windows that take in the scenic surroundings. Through the sliding door the living room and the terrace are connected, and should there be too much sun you can roll down the sunshade. There is also a trampoline and sandbox shared with our closest and only neighbor. The space The house is approx. 235 sqm divided over 3 floors. There are large bright living rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. On the ground floor there is an entrance, bathroom, sauna and open living room, dining room and kitchen. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, bathroom with shower and bathtub, and TV room. On the third floor there is a bedroom/office and gym with, among other things, exercise mat, resistance band, exercise beam, punching bag and a wall for punching. Guest access The house is located on Vereide, and it is walking and cycling distance to ballbinge, swimming and fishing in Gloppefjorden, church, bike trails in all difficulty levels and hiking in the woods and to Haugsvarden, among other things. You can also drive to Tystadstøylen, then Haugsvarden is an affordable trip also for children down to 3-4 years of age. There is also one of the country's finest bike trails. Let us know and we can give you trip tips and help with bike rental Distances by car: 5 minutes to the airport. 10 minutes to Sandane, a cozy village with cafes, restaurants, shops, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, climbing wall, gym, cinema, cultural hall, beach, farm distillery, museum, etc. 10 minutes to Trivselskogen. 20 minutes to mountain hikes on the other side of the fjord. 30 minutes to the iconic Eggenipa.
