The space We call it ROCKY because it has a lot of volcanic rock and bricks in the home Please note it is an old renovated mobile home with wonderful light. The house has a huge deck outside with Ocean view. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, cozy living room with 3 sofa beds in front of the chimney. Hot water takes about 2-4 minutes to heat up. We supply portable fans and heaters. Sometimes when you connect more than 2-3 strong connectors the breakers turn off for security purposes. Simply turn them back on. We prioritize safety & security, the house is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher. Other things to note IT IS A VERY OLD MOBILE HOME We just freshly upholstered the sofas and dining table chairs! It is a green color
