The space Our home is located in a residential development that has 24/7 security services, and is always clean, organized and with illuminated streets. We have a strategic location, it is very easy to get anywhere in Manta in a few minutes. We are within walking distance of the beach, the scenic Malecón and shopping malls (less than 10 minutes by car). The suite is the top of the house (140 m2, including the terrace). It is a space with very ventilated, clear areas and with all the amenities. The entire terrace is covered. It's a home that lends itself to relaxing and enjoying the day and night. THE SPACE • 1 master bedroom (1 double bed) and in another room the kitchen with a comfortable dining table, and a double sofa bed. • 1 full bathroom, with clean towels. • A/C and TV (Netflix). • Washing machine and dryer - detergent and softener available at cost. • Fully covered shared terrace equipped with lazy chairs, hammocks, chairs and a balcony-bar (very nice to work). • Fast Internet (5G). • TV (smart-tv) with Netflix and Youtube. • Entrance patio equipped with grill, tables and chairs. • Secure parking inside the development. • Home meals available: Manaba or American breakfast - and delicious grilled burgers and sandwiches.
