Large 1920s villa of 170 sqm with heated pool in Norrköping. Here you live in the countryside but at the same time close to the city (5 minutes by car), with cow pastures and large fields surrounding the house. Within walking distance, there are nice forest roads, a swimming area and a residential area with a grocery store, a small marina and a restaurant. You can reach Kolmården Zoo in about 35 minutes by car. The space Completely renovated villa with heated pool, conservatory, open spaces for kitchen and living room and 3 bedrooms, two of which have double beds. On the lower floor there is a large hall, large open living room with two sofas and TV, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet & shower, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a conservatory dining area for 6-8 people and terrace with pool. On the terrace there is a heated pool (about 28 degrees), charcoal grill, two sun beds and a lounge group with space for 4-6 people. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed. One bedroom has a 90 cm bed and space for an air mattress if needed. Two of the bedrooms are furnished children's rooms with toys for children aged about 3-8 years. Upstairs there is also a living room with a 3-seat sofa and fully equipped office space (office chair, screen, keyboard & mouse), as well as a bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub overlooking the farmyard. Other things to note We live in the house when we are not renting it out, so we appreciate that our tenants treat the house with care. There is usually a dog in the house, we do not recommend that you rent our house if you are allergic to dogs/fur animals.
