Welcome to your incredible weekend stay at this plush one bedroom townhome. This rental is centrally located in Nashville, TN. Ten minutes from downtown Nashville and Broadway (with no traffic), while only five minutes from the historic Grand Ole Opry. Strut yourself right into this luxurious townhome and enjoy a cozy and comfortable stay. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, free parking, and free coffee. Relax, my friend. The space This property is called the "Cozy Castle" because it is a “small and quaint” three level townhome centrally located in Nashville, TN. Floor One: This floor contains double entry to the property (front door and back door garage entry) and office space. In this space, travelers will find a desk, containing desk drawer and desk chair. A bookshelf sits in the location with a few handpicked books to consider for light reading. It also includes various lamps for additional lighting and a sitting area. The console table to the right contains a copy of the house manual and additional office supplies for general use. This space is for my work-a-holics, who may need to a place to work, while on vacation or meet last minute deadlines. Floor Two: This floor contains living, dining, and kitchen. On this floor you will see a beautiful galley style kitchen with a modern feel. You will also have access to free water, coffee and tea. Windows and natural lighting are important, so feel free to open the blinds and let in the natural light. This floor has several windows and a covered balcony for guests to walk out and onto for enjoyment. I just ask that you please lock the patio door when inside of the property. Living room contains 50-inch television with sound bar and Apple TV and streaming apps for your enjoyment. Floor Three: This floor contains your bedroom and bathroom. In your bedroom, will be a queen size bed with a nightstand. The closet contains hangers and an iron for guest to use as well as additional blankets and pillows. Please store bags and luggage inside of the closet. In the bathroom, you will find towels and toiletries. Additional supplies and cleaning products will be underneath the bathroom sink inside of the cabinet. Thermostat is located in the hallway. Average temperature should run between 70 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit for a comfortable stay. Also, utilize the ceiling fans for additional comfort in your room or the living room. Guest access Access to all areas, EXCEPT two locked interior storage rooms, garage and attic. DO NOT attempt to go up to the attic and/or locked spaces. I do not want you or anyone else to hurt themselves or be held legally liable for damage to property that isn’t accessible. Other things to note This space contains stairwells because it is a townhome. Certain aspects of the home are “smart” or contain smart devices intended for safety and enjoyment. PLEASE DO NOT alter or tamper with these devices, as it may result in a fee. Garage door should remain closed. This exit is not intended for guests to utilize. Please use the front entrance ONLY.
