There is a wet bar with micro, sink, and 3/4 sized fridge/freezer. NO FULL KITCHEN OR LAUNDRY. The unit stays nice and cool in the summer and warm in the winter, however no separate climate thermostat. You will have your own entrance. You have the unit to yourself, it is NOT shared. No guests or pets please. **Due to Covid, we no longer provide additional blankets and pillows in the living room area. This space is the complete lower unit of our house. We live upstairs. Please do realize that in order to make it colder downstairs, we have to make it really cold upstairs, since there's 7-12 degrees difference. So, we just want you to be aware that if 68-72 is too hot for you, this may not be a good location for you. Reservation total must be for the total number of any guests staying at the unit. No swapping guests out (guest A leaves and guest B takes their place) Please, the unit is for registered guests ONLY. We strive to keep our rates low. Additional visitors use additional supplies, hence costing more. The unit is not meant as a meeting place for friends/family who may live in the area. If you would like to have visitors, please update your reservation with the total number of people who will be at the unit. Thank you for understanding. We do live upstairs on the main floor, and while we do our very best to minimize noise while guests are here, please understand you may hear us doing our normal daily living upstairs (footsteps, music, talking, coffee maker, etc...). There are signs of life going on here! :) Disclaimer: Our family freezer/pantry is also located downstairs in a locked room. In the even that we are in need of something from the pantry, we will first knock before coming down and walking through the common area (living room) to access these areas . We will NOT go into your bedroom or bathroom areas and we will not disturb your stuff. We will also not go there during late or very early morning hours. The property and Airbnb areas are for registered guests only. We ask that you do not have visitors over. Unfortunately we've had several guests take advantage and have had more than the listed number of people stay over in the house. You'll enjoy the freedom to walk or lounge outside in the yard, fields..etc. You'll have the entire downstairs to the home to yourself, with your own private entrance. Guests will receive a personalized pin code to access the digital lock. Home is located on the outskirts of Newberg, on the side of the south-facing hill.
