Provencal Bastidon

In Provence, in Cotignac, one of the most beautiful villages in France: a bastidon (small house of 56 m2 with all comforts), in the middle of the restanques with views and terrace overlooking the great landscape of the Maures, 200 m from the village center, on the heights. Completely independent of our house, in a garden of about 2000 m2. Pools allow you to swim when it's hot. Ideal for 1 couple with baby or children over 5 years old (or 4 adults) No cats or dogs, we prefer birds. The space Independent architect's house (56 m2 + cellar), with a large shaded terrace, enjoying a remarkable view of Cotignac and the surrounding area. On the ground floor, a 20 m2 living room opens onto the terrace. Kitchen/dining room 15 m2, shower room and toilet approx. 3 m2, with natural cave integrating refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer Upstairs, a large bedroom (17 m2), and a small bedroom (approx. 10 m2) with a double bed (children over 5 years old or 2 adults). The accommodation is cool and ventilated with mosquito nets. Guest access The bastidon is accessible by car through a narrow street, and you can benefit from parking 50 m away. Access is private (staircase of 56 steps), you will not meet the owners. Access to the entire accommodation The cave is shared (independent outdoor access). We usually pick up luggage and guests with our small car. Other things to note Provence makes you dream... you should know that in Provence, the most beautiful seasons are autumn (October to December, including Christmas) and spring (April to June).
