The entire condo is yours to enjoy, including the living area, balcony, breakfast nook, fully-equipped kitchen, and the 2 bedrooms with in suite bathrooms. The first bedroom (Bedroom 1) has 1 queen-size bed, wardrobe, table and chair. The second bedroom (Bedroom 2) has 2 double size beds, wardrobe, stand fan, mini fridge, 32 inch Smart TV. Both rooms have AC , ceiling fan ,along with an adjoining bathroom with a large walk-in shower . The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 2 burner electric stove , coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, rice cooker/steamer, slow cooker, panini press, blender, flatware, cookware and utensils. There is a living space with 2 comfy chairs and breakfast nook , fiber internet, AC, ceiling fan, stand fan, 32 inch smart TV with claro cable and landline phone for local calls only. The balcony with ocean view and the best people watching spot in San Juan del Sur. The balcony has 2 rocking chairs and a coffee table. The building is secure 24/7.
