Cal King bedroom in Oakland Hills

Our guest bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic Cal King bed and a 40" flat screen TV. We have Amazon Prime and Netflix service available on the PS3. We live in the Oakland Hills near Mills College, plus Oracle Arena & the Oakland Coliseum are a five minute drive down the hill. The coliseum BART & Oakland Airport are a short drive, too. This is a great location to travel in any direction of the Bay Area. Please note we cannot accept requests with less than 24hr notice. The space The bedroom is private and located on the 2nd floor of the house. The hall bathroom is available for guests. There is a 40" TV in the bedroom and a 50" TV in the living room. Netflix, and Amazon Prime movies are available. The backyard is private and spacious and available for relaxing. We have a large dining room table that can be used for a desk workspace if you have a laptop. The bedroom has new double pained windows to keep the temperature regulated. We also have a white-noise machine in the bedroom for a more steady sleep through the night. Guest access WiFi is available for guests to use. The hall bathroom has a tub / shower. There is space in the fridge for guests to use. Please don't take anything out of the fridge you did not put in it. During your stay I work from home, so I'm always around. Other things to note We are musicians and we occasionally play music. I run a recording studio on the first floor of the house. There will be times when we need to make some noise. I try to have all sessions wrap up by 10pm, but there are occasions where we have to run a bit later. We are 420 friendly. With the passing of Prop 64, we allow guests to enjoy the new laws. We do ask that guest do not smoke in the bedroom. We have space on the back patio to sit and enjoy your greenery. We have 4 cats, but they are very shy. They usually hide in our bedroom when we have guests. Just be aware that they are curious and will come in the guest room if you leave the door open. We do allow guests to use the laundry machines, but we ask for $5 per load to cover the cost of detergent and utilities.
