Apartment in the heart of Malaga, next to Plaza de la Merced and a short distance from the beach. The space Bright one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located in a modern building a few steps from Plaza de la Merced. The apartment is located on the first floor, accessible ONLY BY STAIRS; The large terrace is not exclusive to the apartment, but guests can use it. Close to the historic center, a 3-minute walk from Plaza de la Merced, 10 minutes from Calle Larios; supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Ideal for families or small groups. Very quiet neighborhood. THE HOUSE • Living room: The living-dining room is spacious and bright, has a two-seater sofa and TV. It has a split AC (which also functions as heating). • Bedroom 1: It is equipped with a large double bed of 150 cm. • Bathroom: Full bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. • Kitchen: Equipped with appliances and complete kitchenware. EXTRAS • Apart from the apartment, guests have access to two rooftop terraces that are shared with the rest of the building. • There is no washing machine in the apartment, but in the building there is a coin-operated laundry. • There is parking in the building at an additional cost of €15/night, RESERVATION REQUIRED. • Pets are welcome, but there is an extra charge of €10 per stay and animal. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT • Check-in is automatic, the keys will be in a box. HOURS: From 3:00 pm. • Staff will request IDs and provide information regarding the process a few days before check-in. • Check-out is automatic too, ALL keys are left inside the apartment before pulling the door. HOURS: Until 11am. ADDITIONAL HOUSING RULES •Please take care of the apartment. It must be returned in the same condition in which it was provided. •For environmental reasons, please turn off lights, air conditioning and/or heating when you are away from the apartment. •Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and in the building's common areas, except on the terrace. •No parties, events, or loud noises. Please respect the common areas of the building and the neighbors' rest between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. Take care and respect the neighborhood's silence and keep the building door closed at all times. •No more than those listed in the reservation are allowed.
