The space Spacious, top-floor studio, with a large bathroom and private balcony overlooking the Space Needle and Olympic Mountains. Semi-studio layout (Bedroom is separated from the living room by a wall, but please note there is no door on the bedroom). Includes full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, dedicated work and dining areas, which make the space extra functional. Guest access The provided fob will get you 24/7 entry into the building and trash room. The gym is open and accessible via fob from 8am - 10pm. Other things to note IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW: CHECK-IN: Please reach out before booking if your ETA is past the 11pm check-in window so I can confirm if I will be able to accomodate or not. PARKING: Free on-street parking is available 24/7 and a paid lot is located directly across the street that can be used on nights or weekends (weekdays the lot is reserved for the elementary school staff). At most, it may take up to 5 minutes to find street parking within a block of the unit if it's a busy time of day. Otherwise, there haven't been any issues with finding parking close to the unit. A/C: The A/C unit is a portable unit attached to the wall in the living room. Please know that it can be loud when on full blast, which may be bothersome to some. CHILDREN: Given the studio layout of the unit and open concept of the stairwells in the building this unit is not ideal for anyone traveling with children. HOST AVAILABILITY: My co-host and I live an hour away on Camano Island. While we'll do our best to address issues in a timely manner, if it's a non-emergency it may take us several days to make it down to the condo to address the issue.
