Peachblow Farm House

4 bedroom 2 bath entire single family home. 1500 square feet pre-Civil War with exposed hand hewn beams. Complete house with full kitchen, washer and dryer, patio, and plenty of parking that could accommodate boats and campers. Wifi internet included. Furnished. Sleeps 8-two queen beds, a full bed, and a bunk bed with two twin mattresses. Kitchen has tableware and cookware. House is old but has been updated-some uneven floors and other features common to an older home. The space Washer and dryer are in basement-stairs to basement are somewhat tight and steep. Basement does get some moisture and is common for old basement-but works! No living space in basement. There is a full bathroom on both the main level and upstairs. Main level bath has tub and shower. Upstairs bath is a shower. T Mobile WIFI-our tests consistently show 50 Mbps. Guest access The main entry door is under the porch roof on the back of the house. Code key pad. Shared driveway. Ample parking for multiple cars as needed. Please park in the lane closest to the house. The ideal parking area is right by the main entry door. Do not block the other lane that goes to the west of the tree line. Parking in large gravel area in front of the large barn is fine. Gravel area by barn is large enough to turn around truck and trailer, etc. If you will have more than 4 vehicles there during your stay, please message host for timing and permission. Other things to note Please keep us posted with any questions. The house is well maintained, but vintage (1840's). We are local and can quickly assist with any maintenance needs that may arise.
