House is old but has been updated-some uneven floors and other features common to an older home. Washer and dryer are in basement-stairs to basement are somewhat tight and steep. Basement does get some moisture and is common for old basement-but works! No living space in basement. There is a full bathroom on both the main level and upstairs. Main level bath has tub and shower. Upstairs bath is a shower. T Mobile WIFI-our tests consistently show 50 Mbps. Shared driveway. Ample parking for multiple cars as needed. Please park in the lane by the house-do not block the other lane that goes to the west of the tree line. Parking in large gravel area by barn is fine. There is a parking space right next to the concrete walk to the house. Covered porch by door. Entry to house via "back" door right by parking area. Gravel area by barn is large enough to turn around truck and trailer, etc. Owner lives in separate house at back of 5 acre property. Rural setting-neighbor to west is church, farm to the east. Very close to Columbus Zoo, Ohio State University, Port Columbus International Airport, Ohio Wesleyan University. 15 minute or less drive to Delaware, Sunbury, Galena, Westerville, Powell, Dublin, Columbus, New Albany. 2 Miles from Alum Creek Lake, Alum Creek State Park. Close to Hoover Reservoir, Delaware Lake, Highbanks Metro Park, and a host of Delaware County Preservation Parks and trails. Plenty of parking. Space for 3-4 cars as needed.
