The apartment is super complete, bright and comfortable. When you arrive at the ground floor, you have an entrance gate for you to park your vehicle, and from there head by elevator to the loft. The area is the best in the city and you can drive walking everywhere. It also has public bike stations and collective stops that will take you throughout the city, just meters from the apartment. The space The accommodation has a laundry area, full bathroom with tub, full dining kitchen, a sofa bed, then a partition with a double bed. It has free WiFi, SMART TV with NETFLIX. It has various appliances such as Microwave; toaster; electric kettle among others, and all the necessary kitchen utensils if you like to cook or prepare your own breakfast or snack. Of course it has White Clothes (Towels, sheets, blankets, bedspreads) and toiletries and personal hygiene. Guest access The location is phenomenal, next to the Building you have a supermarket that is open every day until 9 pm at least and from 7 AM. You have all kinds of businesses, bars and restaurants within a 150-meter radius, such as Rock and Fellers; Beatles Memo, Negroni among others. In general, we do access in a personalized way, but at the request of the guest, there is also the possibility of removing the keys at check-in as well as leaving them at check-in at a 24-hour guard, a few blocks from the place, an option that guests use when entering or withdrawing at unusual times. Other things to note You have the entire river promenade just 150 meters away, where you can find parks, which have recreational areas for children and adults at no cost, as well as areas to exercise while enjoying the beautiful views of the Paraná River and its islands.
