Grill out, enjoy s'mores around the fire, play games around a large table, relax on the quiet spacious deck, walk across the street to enjoy a playground, tennis and basketball court at the park. *NO LOUD PARTIES! No smoking* We have all operating permits from the city of Madison. ZTRHP1-2021-00046 The space The home is warm & cozy and there is room for a group to gather for meals or games around the large table. This is our everyday home, so you would be staying amongst personal items. In addition to the two beds, there is room for air mattresses in both the main level living room and upstairs nursery. 2 air mattress and pillows are provided. Easy access to shops and the beltline without the noise. Neighborhood is great for walks or bike rides. There’s a park you can walk to with basketball and tennis courts. That is, assuming you want to leave the backyard oasis. The basement boasts an extensive bobble head collection among other sports memorabilia. IE: Man Cave great for watching any game or event. No pets, please. Guest access All bedrooms are accessible. Every appliance you'll need is here, as this is our every day house. Other things to note *NO LOUD PARTIES!* Fines will be charged for smoking and disruptive parties Uber/Lyft pick up from the house to get you downtown/campus area
