70 m² (753 ft²) two bedroom + livingroom and a kitchen only 10 minute walk from Marimekko factory! Easy access to both city center (appr. 30 min.) and airport. Fully furnished for 1-3 adults + 1 child, perfect for a family. Kitchen is modern and very well equipped. The bathroom is small but functional. The space The apartment building was built in 1956 and my flat has a nice mid-century feel to it. The total living area is 70 m² (753 ft²). Well equipped modern kitchen (induction stove, steam oven, solely Finnish mid-century design dishes and cutlery) for those chefs visiting. The other bedroom has a double bed (US queen size), size 160 x 200 cm (63” x 79”) and the other bedroom has a children’s bed, size 60 x 160 cm (24” x 63”). There’s also a possibility for a foam mattress, size 80 x 200 cm (32” x 79”) for the fourth guest if so requested. This second floor apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood with good connections to the city centre (30 min.) The windows face south and west. This second floor apartment windows face the courtyard so it's very quiet and you sleep well. Guest access Amenities include: - lift in the building - high speed internet - towels and bed linens - 49” UHD TV (w/ Netflix) - dishwasher - house laundry accessible for those who stay longer, must be agreed separtely. Other things to note For longer stays in Helsinki we advice to buy a Helsinki City Traffic 1-7 day ticket at R-Kioski or ticket machines.
