The living area is fitted with a Full sized futon that comfortably fits additional guests. Oversized windows allow natural light to flood into the apartment. The private outdoor patio with views of The Empire Statue Building, Long Island City, & Upper East Side has room enough to fit thirty guests. No parties without prior written approval- we can fit up to 30 but charge extra for events. Other things to note Dog fee is $100 per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation.
