Description

Studio located on private wooded 20 acres with 800 sq foot of space, crafted with reclaimed materials wood and metal. Large deck overlooking 7-acre lake with burn pit. Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it! The space Private, wooded area with wildlife. Deer, donkeys, ducks, chickens, peacocks, geese, and herring to name a few. The donkeys, ducks, peacocks & cat roam the property. To protect our animals, and yours we do not allow dogs. You may fish on lake. Guest access Because you have to walk through the donkey pasture to the studio. We are not able to host any quests with assistance dogs. Studio area is fenced with access to the lake. Other things to note Required minimal age to rent 25yrs old. Only the number of people in the reservation are allowed at the property.
