Belgian cities such as Hasselt, Turnhout and Antwerp are also easily accessible for day trips. The space The moment you enter the grand foyer of our 95m² Presidential flat, the hustle and bustle of daily life fade away in the face of its timeless elegance. It reminds of the time that the local Mayor lived here. You can find the original marble fireplace and herringbone parquet in your living room. Beautifully decorated with furniture that was exclusively selected for "Logement Den Beer" and covered with elegant fabrics. If you are expecting business guests, we can transform your dining room into a meeting room so you can welcome them in style. (Up to 8 people.) A 2th bedroom can be added which makes the space ideal for a family or a small delegation. Both bedrooms are equipped with high-quality Auping Boxsprings. The Master bedroom has a mattress of 180 x 210cm. Furthermore, the flat includes a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet and all rooms are equipped with climate control for cooling and heating. Guest access Guests have the entire flat at their disposal. You can also use the sauna, located in a a common area (not included, extra cost.) Other things to note You will stay in a unique apartment with high ceilings and character elements. *Please keep in mind that this flat is set up as a big family flat. This means that if you travel with 3 or 4 people, the bathroom is shared and that there are large windows looking into parts of the bathroom from one bedroom into the bathroom. This could possibly be annoying with regards to privacy if you are not staying as a family but as friends. There are window blinds available but these still allow a partial view into the bathroom. *Keep in mind that only the corresponding number of bedrooms will be accessible. (eg 2 guests = 1 bedroom) The other bedroom will remain closed. If you wish to use the 2nd bedroom if you are traveling with 2 people, you must book for 3 people or give me a signal in advance. With 3 or 4 guests, of course, all bedrooms are accessible.
