It's for guests that can appreciate the real get away! We offer all inclusive and short tours of interest over and beyond your basic stay reservations needed. Guest access The Skinny On The Pool! Pool is private with a view. (updated 6/23/21) 4 hours hours of pool time included each day of your stay. After 4 hours, 50.00 each additional hour. Hours of reservation discussed at time of check in. For our guests privacy, you have access to half the ranch drawn w/imaginary line, discussed at the time of check in. All access within 15 acres. Space invites you to our ADULT only saloon equipped with pool table, 2 tv's with most channels, self bartending bar seats 8-10, Wifi, wood stove and darts. For MC and 4 Wheeler's 25.00 extra charge. Proof of health ins required. Just outside can enjoy fire pit and corn hole. Pool closed during winter months in most cases, inquiries excepted. Reservations taken during season. Guest can enjoy our pool area with horseshoes, cornhole, 2 bbq's 1 propane other briquette or wood, sink area with 2 tables seating for 4 and 5 with additional smaller tables. and music. Guest can reserve full access of pool: SEE ALL INCLUSIVE. Tons of hiking, 4 wheeling, Climbing Spot, Fishing and safe space for kids to ride bikes & run around. Please note due to the size of our pool area (large) pool is not linked to the house, but not far away. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE! VERY IMPORTANT!! Final Guest Count MUST BE DONE 36 hrs prior to arrival or $75.00 charge per person per night or day will be charged no exceptions. PLEASE NOTE: EXTRA GUESTS NOT ON PAID RESERVATIONS WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN. PLEASE BE PRE PAIRED TO PAY THE ABOVE CHARGE SO NO ONE IS FEELING UNCOMFORTABLE. (Sorry but we have had to many issues with guest not following rules). Standard two night minimum stay. CHRISTMAS IS AMAZING AT OUR PROPERTY WITH DECORATIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY, IN HOUSE CHRISTMAS TREE DECORATED OR NOT, WE CAN LEAVE DECORATIONS FOR KIDS TO PUT ON, CAN HAVE NICE SIT DOWN DINNER FOR EVERYONE IN SALOON. REALLY IS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE. MAY EVEN CATCH LITTLE SNOW! ...ETHERNET AND SECURED WiFi is dependable and available 30.00 charge. Password given at check in. No actual telephone services on site. Ethernet cables located in kitchen. Internet rated 10 mpbs. With advance notice and 25 extra charge (what we are charged) can move mpbs up if desired. VERIZON seems to work the best in our area. 1 bundle of firewood given for fireplace or pit, future bundles available $5.00 bundle. Let us know if you would like us to have fireplace lit and ready for your arrival. Sorry but toiletries we provide as basic toilet paper and hand soap. Kitchen: We Provide Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water, provide paper towels, soap, salt & pepper and ice trays. Have an araye of warmers for your home cooked meals & sit down dinners buffet style. For nicer sit down dinner settings just let us know. Pool Bar offers Reverse Osmosis at bar sink. Guest may request additional needs and wants for their arrival for reasonable addition charge. Pet Policy-No Pets! But if you must. Pre approval is needed, well behaved pet only will be considered. A non refundable fee will be charged of $150.00 per pet.
