The space This one-bedroom poolhouse offers a studio-style sleeping area, open kitchen and living room, bathroom, and a full private bedroom with multiple beds and an office/desk area. While it doesn't have central air conditioning, the poolhouse is equipped with multiple ceiling fans, window coolers, and a swamp cooler to keep things cool and comfortable. You'll enjoy a shaded deck area that overlooks the private pool, jacuzzi, and Koi fishpond. Offstreet parking is available for up to two cars.
