It’s the last chance to stay before The Pink House closes its’ doors to Airbnb guests! So many people have enjoyed themselves here - don’t miss out! Bright & airy, fun retro themed flat 20 mins walking distance to Station, The Lanes, Pavilion & eclectic shops! The Pink House is a perfect base to relax after a busy day and gives a real feel of Brighton history and culture, a Victorian house based in Roundhill Conservation Area. There’s great pubs nearby & on-street parking using paybyphone app. The space The whole flat is yours and has a spacious airy feel to it, newly refurbished. Guests have enjoyed breakfasting in the bay fronted window, overlooking the rooftops and the horizon at the front, and cute bird activity in the apple tree out front. Opposite is an eco-meadow and there's a perfect view down a traditional 'twitten' (known as The Cat Creep). You're never far away from all of Brighton's attractions, eclectic shopping, excellent cafes and restaurants, bars and all the fun of the pier & promenade. From the end of this historical Crescent, it's a straight walk down to the sea, or you can take in the view descending down the hill - all roads lead to the sea! The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in and overlooks the patio. You can relax in a luxury bath or enjoy the power shower. Gatwick airport is a 35 minute drive away, Brighton Station is within walking distance and even nearer is London Road Station. Guest access The whole flat is entirely for you, no sharing. The flat is on the left as you enter the building & before the stairs. Other things to note For your safety the building has a fully integrated fire system installed. There is a sofa bed in the lounge - please let me know if you will be using it and I’ll arrange fresh bedding for you.
