We are ready to welcome you back to to the Dean Park Historic District and our charming 1920's Colonial style guest house. We hope you will enjoy its quirky layout and park like property . This ground floor guest house apartment is equipped with a queen size bed in the bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, full kitchen, 2 smart TV's and private patio. Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing Florida lifestyle! The space We do ask our guests understand that this cottage is nearly 100 years old. As such, our outdoor patios and walkways have some lumps and bumps. This is a non-smoking property. There is a small step from the main living area to the back seating area. This listing is only for the ground floor guest house apartment. Guest access Guests at the Carney Cottage have the entire first floor of our carriage house to themselves as well as a parking space and a small patio. Available for monthly rental. Please contact us for available dates. Other things to note We think we've thought of everything but please do not hesitate to let us know if you need anything at all! There is a single Level 1 EV charging outlet utilized on a first come first served basis. We do ask our guests understand that this home is 100+ years old. As such, she's crooked and creaks. If such things will be bothersome to you, we can recommend you to some more modern lodging that may be more to your taste. This is a non-smoking property. We are unable to guarantee a check-in earlier than 3pm until the day of check-in. Likewise, we are unable to guarantee late check-out later than 11am until the day of check-out. If you will require early check-in (check-in before 11am), we ask that you book the night before your arrival to ensure the property is available to you.
