Lower Level Apartment - Charlotte

Cute lower level apartment in an old house in Charlotte—nothing fancy, just the simple necessities. My wife and I loved living here but have unexpectedly needed to move out of state, so we’re Airbnb-ing what used to be our living space. The space 1. Basic private bedroom - Comfortable bed - High speed internet - Empty closet space 2. Private full bathroom - Toilet, sink, shower - Soap, shampoo, conditioner - Bath, hand, and face towel provided 3. Kitchen & living room - Table and couch - Basic plates, cups, bowls, silverware, pots & pans for simple cooking - Microwave, toaster, oven/stove - Space in freezer/refrigerator We don’t allow pets (even though we love them) for the sake of other guests/loved ones’ allergies. No shoes in the house—the floors get dirty quickly when we don’t enforce this rule. We don’t have TVs available in the house—we’re working on disconnecting electronically so we can connect better socially and emotionally. We do have fast WiFi that you can use for your needs/preferences on your personal devices. No smoking, vaping, alcohol, drugs or possession on property. No parties or visitors (only registered guests)—we try to keep the place fairly calm so neighbors and other guests are undisturbed.
