Other things to note To ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for you and our neighbors, please take note of the following: • The swimming pool is not heated. • The attached spa (hot tub) is heated and can be operated with a provided remote. • In observance of quiet hours, the spa/hot tub jets are automatically disabled and cannot be operated between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. We are dog friendly with a non-refundable $150 fee, breed restrictions, a 2-pet maximum, and a 25 lb. weight limit.
