The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay, with all linens washed in hot, sanitized water. Living Area. Relax in the spacious living room featuring a new West Elm leather sectional, a 55" Smart HD TV with streaming services, fast Wi-Fi at 213 Mbps, and a dedicated workspace ideal for remote work or trip planning. Kitchen & Dining. Prepare meals in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, complete with a large refrigerator featuring a reverse osmosis water dispenser, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, rice maker, Keurig, and all necessary cookware and utensils. A dedicated coffee bar and cocktail station with essential tools are provided for your enjoyment. Bedrooms. All three bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds dressed in fresh white linens and four down feather pillows. Each room includes a nightstand with built-in charging outlets, a large mirror, and a spacious closet with hangers and storage. Bathroom. The updated bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, fresh towels, and complimentary hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Laundry. Guest access You will be renting the MAIN HOUSE that has a private kitchen, living room, dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. You will also have the front yard to use privately during the duration of your stay. This home is set up like a duplex, and you will be renting one of two private units. Your suite is 100% private with no shared interior spaces. A secure, double-locked, hotel-style door connects the two units and cannot be opened. Check-In / Check-Out. To ensure our team has adequate time to prepare the home to our high standards, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. If the property is ready early on your arrival day, we will notify you. Pets. We’re pet-friendly and welcome one pet per stay. Please add your pet to the reservation so Airbnb can apply the pet fee. If a pet arrives without being added, the required fee will be requested. Guest Count. All guests must be included in your reservation, as Airbnb calculates pricing based on your listed guest count. If unlisted guests arrive, the required extra guest fees will be charged. For Families. A Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play is available and includes fitted sheets. A high chair is also provided for added convenience. Please plan to bring any additional childcare items your family may need. Heating & Cooling. You have full control of the thermostat. Please note the system has preset limits to protect the equipment. Safety & Security. The home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and a first aid kit for guest safety. For security purposes, exterior-only cameras are installed at the property’s exterior entry points. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas. Our Commitment. If you notice any issues upon arrival, please bring them to our attention immediately so we can resolve them.
