You are less than a mile away from the famous Freddy Ts Restaurant & Bar. Anything you may need is just steps away. Or stay in, get the family together & enjoy some ping pong or corn hole in the garage. Sorry Absolutely NO pets are allowed. And Zero tolerance for any smoking of Any kind inside of the home. $300 Extra fee if not followed The space Enjoy this modern 2-story home. 5 bed, 5 bath with 2 private balconies overlooking the beautiful Pickwick Lake. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a nice dinner or use the grill provided. Have some fun times playing ping pong, corn hole or watching your favorite movies on all of the smart TVs. You can walk to the lake, restaurant or enjoying boat rentals just steps away. Or just relax in one of the two living rooms. STARTER kit of Keurig coffee pods, trash bags, dishwasher & washing machine tab is provided. Please note, if staying several days you may want to bring your own. Please note….if you have a large group or think you will need more items, please bring those with you. This is a STARTER KIT. Guest access Have plenty of parking (5 vehicles) but NOT for boats/trailers. Your boat & trailer will need to be parked at the public boat lot just less than a mile from home. (Located next to the Sportsman’s station). NOT the gravel next to the home. That lot is privately owned. No parking allowed & no boats are allowed on top of the hill. NO roadside parking. You are also welcome to rent a slip for a night/weekend at the Aqua Yacht Harbor just within walking distance to the home. Do you need your fridge stocked before your arrival? Decorations for a special event?? Just let us know! For an extra fee we can have those items delivered to your home before you arrive. Other things to note You may use the ping pong table, fishing poles, propane grill, or the bike located in the garage. But the rafts are for owner use ONLY. Please be aware, we try our best to keep Propane for the grill at the property. However, please check the tank before starting to grill. It can be changed out for a refill if needed at the Sportsman’s gas station just a mile away. Make sure to Turn it off at the tank when finished so it doesn’t run out for the next guests. Also, there is a poker table for Adult Use ONLY. Please do not let children play with the chips or this table. You will be responsible for All chips being placed back in case.
