Bonus: it’s a 5-minute walk to Playa Cerritos (the beach)! The space Our tropical villa offers abundant space to relax and unwind. It includes a large rooftop terrace with seating - it gets dusty and hot up there but is nice for enjoying sunset and the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach nearby. The private downstairs outdoor living area includes a dining area with full kitchen, breakfast bar, daybed, hammock, and outdoor shower. Our kitchen is fully equipped including stainless steel dishwasher, refrigerator, and range oven. We offer a washing machine and a line for drying your clothes.. Abundant sunlight floods our cheerful white villa indoors. You will enjoy a spacious master bedroom with king bed, a smaller guest bedroom with a queen bed, 1.5 bathrooms, and an airy living room with cozy built-in sofas and a large screen TV to view your favorite Netflix . We have a portable desk that can be set up for an office in the living room or bedroom. Our walls are decorated with murals and arts and crafts from our travels throughout Mexico and Latin America. Our place is white in a desert scape - so you are going to have sand. We ensure the place is clean for your arrival but it can get dusty quickly We kindly ask our guests to leave footwear outside. And hang your wet clothes and towels outside. Wet feet make marks. We clean regularly, but you will need to rinse items in the kitchen before using them! This area of Baja Sur rarely gets too hot (apart from summer), so we ask that you use the AC (aircon) sparingly and keep the doors closed if you do. Mosquitoes are not common except July to November - and we find keeping the doors closed and the curtains drawn stops them getting through the metal doors - we have provided spray and coils also as if you get a rain shower there’s normally a few of them for a few days to kill off There is construction as the beach is very popular, but it’s generally not that intrusive. Keep your food in the boxes to deter the wildlife. If rustic / beach living with sand and dust is not your thing then you probably are not going to want to stay here HOA only allows 1 dog per rental - and it needs to be pre-approved so if you have a dog please reach out with details so I can get it pre approved We have had some comments about dusty pillows on our roof - as you can see it’s windy and hot and a lot of sand - the roof is really only for short periods and watching the sunset - as stuff gets sun destroyed very quickly up there Muchisimas gracias (thanks so much)!
