Large Double Room 3 min walk to Gidea Park Station

The room is a large double in a two bedroom ground floor maisonette in a quiet location 3 minutes walk to Gidea Park Station. It benefits from a shared living room, kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine and big fridge freezer), bathroom (with power shower) and large garden. The space The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Parking is in a garage that is opposite the maisonette. All bed linen and towels will be provided. I also have a spare single bed that has a foldable frame that can be used for children to stay in the room with you. I also have a really cute cat Marmalade who is friendly, calm and keeps himself to himself. The door to the room you are staying in is closed at all times so he never goes in there. Guest access You have full access to the garden, the bathroom complete with power shower and WC, the kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is also access to a steam iron and ironing board. During your stay I work locally in Hornchurch and have a room in the house. I am out all day and usually most evenings too. I am happy to be on hand to welcome you and to provide information about the local area and getting around. Other things to note You are most welcome to use the fridge (shelf space will be provided), make tea and coffee, use the oven and washing machine.
