Come enjoy the peaceful McConkie Ranch, home to the iconic McConkie Ranch Petroglyphs. This unique property offers a quiet ranch setting in the beautiful Dry Fork Canyon. The guest apartment provides a spacious setting to relax and explore all the area has to offer! The apartment is attached to the main house but offers private parking and a private entry on the opposite side of the house. The space The property offers a living room, kitchenette, and dining area. The kitchen is stocked with most things you'd need to cook your meals. The living room has two couches with a TV and Roku available for downtime relaxing. The private bedroom is furnished with a new queen size mattress and provides a beautiful view of the ranch and canyon. The road to the property is a packed dirt road and is well maintained in all seasons though you may experience some snow and mud in the winter and spring. The property is on a well which is safe for bathing and washing and drinking water is provided. The apartment is attached to the main house but has a private entrance.
