Charming suite, great location

Hosts live on upper floors. Lower level, private suite (stair access) has been designed and decorated for you. It features a living room with gas fireplace, bedroom, and bathroom. Next to St.Olaf college, 1 mile to Carleton and downtown, steps from the Ole Store Cafe. Our house is surrounded by trees, perennial gardens, and adjoins the St. Olaf athletic fields. Unfortunately, this space is not suitable for young children. Also, the stairs may be difficult for someone with physical limitations. The space Our suite features a living room with a Hearthstone gas fireplace, air conditioning, top of the line twin sofa sleeper, workspace with Nespresso coffee maker, tea kettle and small fridge. There is a separate bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. The bathroom has marble floors, and a large glassed-in shower. Our back yard is next to the St Olaf football field. The St Olaf hiking and ski trails are accessible from our back door. Guest access We provide cable TV and Netflix. Other things to note We have a young golden retriever named Hazel, age 4 as of 10/24. She will not be going into the guest suite, so no concern for allergies. You may hear her walking around upstairs at times, but is generally a quiet dog.
