This 1870 Victorian house is a downtown stylish place located in Sandy Hill. The room has an en-suite bathroom + queen bed. Close proximity to the Byward Market, parliament, UofOttawa and the National Art Gallery. The 2nd. floor room has 11’ceilings. There are coffees + teas, fresh towels + cotton linens. Neighborhood is mixed with residents, students + homeless. We offer a 24 hr. Snack/breakfast station on the main floor. Includes fruit, yogurt, orange juice granola bars and popcorn. The space The historic house has six rooms over three floors. It was built in 1870 in the Italianate style. The ceilings are 11’ tall and the floors are maple. This room is on the second floor and has a private en-suite bathroom. We offer a 24 hr. Snack/breakfast station on the main floor. Includes fruit, yogurt, orange juice granola bars and popcorn. Guest access The main bus stopping area on McKenzie Bridge and the LRT transit system are both 5 min. walks from the house. There are many parking areas close by but the two I recommend or the loblaws on Rideau Street (5 min walk) and the Telfer student residence underground parking on the SW corner of King Edward and Rideau(3 min walk). Note: residence closed during Covid. The Loblaws parking is $12 per 24 hour period with in and out privileges. Registration Details STR-839-610
