Welcome to our family neighbourhood in Chilliwack. Chilliwack is best known for its beautiful lakes and hiking trails. So many sites to be seen within 15 minutes from our door step. Cultus lake which provides entertainment for the whole family. Whether looking for fun for the little ones or a relaxing day enjoying the beach. It has all to offer from fishing, great hikes and even golf. The space Our basement suite, is very spacious, It’s a family orientated stay. The one bedroom has a queen bed. There’s also room for a baby/toddler to fit into the bedroom with a playpen that we can provide, if needed. The living room area has a couch that turns into a hide a bed, and cot for someone to sleep into. The kitchen is big enough for lots of room to cook, with a dining table to eat on, as well the island to eat onto. The backyard is a shared area where we have the patio dining set for lots of room to eat, and bar table to hangout at. The bbq is is allowed to be used, but NOT the smoker. The backyard area below is a shared, with a sitting area to hangout at. The hottub that’s there is NOT allowed to be used by our guest. Maximum 3 adults. Inquire in comments if another adult is allowed. Only maximum 1 extra guest allowed only if its small child. There is a fee for extra guest. No parties Allowed! Guest access Our guest parking can park one vehicle in front of our house and/or on the West side of the house. The guest entrance is through the side gate and directly down the stairs to the basement suite. If parked on the west side we will provide a guest with parking pass upon arrival. Other things to note To please take off your shoes while entering our home. And if you are a smoker to please smoke of the other side of the gate onto the streets. Thanks
