Gigi's Beach House, in the heart of Torquay

Gigi's Beach House is simply gorgeous. Upon opening the leadlight front door you'll be welcomed by the sweet, sunlit hallway. Comprising 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen, lounge and dining area, it makes for the perfect family holiday beach house. The large outdoor area is a highlight, soak up the sun during the day, and then a BBQ dinner with the outside fire pit at night. Centrally located close to the beach, shops, supermarket, cafes and restaurants, you can leave the car at home! The space Prestige Hideaways is the proud management of this property, you can explore all of our properties and save online! Please note: At the front of the property is an extended section of the home that is attached to the main home, this is where the owner of the property lives, she is a lovely lady who will not impact your stay in anyway. She loves the sound of people enjoying her home!! You will no doubt see her car in the driveway, but you will be given full privacy and exclusive use of the entire main home and the backyard. Set behind a secure high fence is Gigi's Beach House. The front garden is cared for beautifully, with lots of greenery to admire as you head towards the front door. As you enter into the home there are three bedrooms as follows... Master bedroom - Queen bed and ensuite Second bedroom - Queen bed Third bedroom - Two single beds Further along the hallway is the main bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet as well as the washing machine and dryer. The heart of the home is the kitchen, dining, and lounge area. With everything you need to cook up those wonderful family meals and a beautiful timber table to sit around and enjoy each others company. Retiring to the couch if you wish, you'll find a TV with free to air available, we do recommend bringing your own chrome cast if you're a 'Netflix and chill' sort of people! Head on through the back door to the large spacious deck, complete with a BBQ, dining furniture, and sun lounges! This area can be bathed in sunshine and is just a beautiful place to spend time amongst the established garden. Once the sun goes down, there is the outdoor fire pit to enjoy, make sure to bring some marshmallows for the kids to toast! (Please note, firewood is not provided. You can purchase bags from the service station up the road or at Bunnings Warehouse). Guest access Our guests will have access to a Private 'Guest Portal' on the Prestige Hideaways (.com.au) web page. You will be issued with the password when your booking is confirmed. This contains many local recommendations for the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surf Coast. We recommend you plan ahead and make your reservations to avoid missing out. Other things to note Prestige Hideaways isn't your standard Airbnb Management Company. If there is anything we can assist you with in preparation for your arrival, please reach out so we can help make arrangements. The air-conditioning is located in the lounge/dining area only. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans. In the event of a heatwave where the temperature remains high during the night, the house will get very warm.
