Most guests enjoy the occasional passing train as part of the lively neighborhood vibe. However, if you are a light sleeper, please take this into consideration. If you find clean laundry in the dryer, feel free to set it aside for housekeeping to fold later. Fresh linens and towels will be provided for your stay, so there's no need to use the items left in the dryer Based on your profile, including any negative reviews, we reserve the right to ask for a refundable security deposit, to be paid immediately upon our asking, for an amount of our choosing, in order to protect our property. $300 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins. Please note that payment must be completed with 24 hours upon our sending. Failure to remit the utilities fee within 24 hours may result in cancellation of the booking without refund. From time to time, packages related to property upkeep may be delivered. If one arrives during your stay, we may kindly ask you to bring it inside for safekeeping. This is a rare occurrence and won’t impact your stay. No smoking or vaping inside the property. A minimum $1000 cleaning fee will apply for any violation, and repeated or severe violations may result in eviction without refund. Early/Late Checkout and Early/late bags drop off is available for request upon availability for only $40. Check-Out Instructions & Property Condition: To help us maintain the high standards our guests expect and to ensure the property is ready for the next arrival, all guests are required to follow the check-out instructions provided prior to departure. These instructions are part of the booking agreement and are designed to assist our cleaning team in preparing the property efficiently between stays. If the property is left in a condition that requires significantly more time or effort than a standard turnover, such as excessive mess, unusual amounts of trash, or any situation that results in additional cleaning beyond the normal scope, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to cover the extra labor and time required.
