The room is close to the link rail and several bus stops, only minutes away from the airport. Ride the link or bus to stadiums and downtown Seattle, South center Mall and the Amtrak station. Stay in our beautiful private room with a contemporary design, it really has a lot to offer! * Plenty of free parking space available, on side of yard fence. * Beautiful garden with all kinds of flowers, tress, patio set in the center of garden. * This room also has Its own deck over looking the garden, with a patio set to relax on. * Main entrance with key less lock, a door code is provided after booking, so that you can check in any time. * The room also has a private entrance thru the deck, you can go in and out any time without disturbing other people. * Spacious room with contemporary design, cute decoration, two full size beds, also extra lines and blanket are available in the bedroom closet for additional guests; ropes and shower towels also in the closet. * This room is big room, with two full size beds, so a max of 3 people can be accommodated. * Two separate bathrooms are available for guests to use, they are divided apart with one being toilet and sink only while the other being shower only. * Living room has a big flat screen TV and chairs for resting when needed. * Fully equipped kitchen, includes, dishwasher, coffer maker, full size refrigerator/freezer, toaster, wave oven and microwave. * House quiet hours are from 10pm-7am due to other guests maybe staying at the same time. * If the dates you need are not available, or if you need an additional room for extra guests that is coming with you, we have several other rooms available in the house. * Look in my profile and check out my other listings if needed. The kitchen along side with the bedroom and the shared bathrooms are allowed spaces for guests to use. I live in this property, guests can meet me in person, or text me , or call me any time for any questions and help. My house is in the very convenient location. * Several restaurants are near by, with walking distance about 5 to 10 min. 30+ restaurants in South Center Mall, driving distance about 5 to 10 minutes. * Grocery store, pharmacy, laundry mat , library, gas station, all around with walking distance about 5 minutes. * Several public transportation around my house. * Airport rental car facility , driving distance about 5 minutes. * Bus #124, directly go to down town Seattle, about 30 minutes , walking distance to bus stop about 5 min. * Bus *128 , to South center Mall, witch is biggest mall in North America. Walking to bus stop about 2 min. * Both #124 and #128 also link to rail station within 5 min. * Link rail, bring you to down town Seattle and university of Washington. To link rail, about 12 min. walking distance. Or you can take Bus #128, two stops to link rail station. Walking to #128 bus stop about 2 min. Due to other guests maybe staying in the house at the same time, unexpected noise may appear; such as walking to the bathrooms at night, guests coming in and out of the main entrance that may have a late check in due to delayed flights or early flight leaving in the morning. The garden area may not be at its best at all times, because as we all know in order to keep a clean and beautiful garden maintenance is needed at all times. I will try my absolute best to keep all areas clean and neat while all guests are staying in the house at the same time. Please keep in mind that since I can not overwatch every single detail in the house 24/7, so if you do come across something that needs my attention please let me know right away, and I will try to take care of it ASAP; I appreciate the understanding.
