Riverview Retreat - Room 2

Welcome to Yorkton, the Jewel of the Parkland! Come and relax in the peaceful & cozy surroundings that this unique urban acreage provides! Just off the Queen street by-pass and close to the hospital, a convenient store, Tim Horton’s, the Gallagher Center with it's family friendly water park, and indoor walking track. Near-by there are walking/biking trails, soccer pitch and trout pond, and two golf-courses. Here for business or pleasure, your room awaits you for a restful night sleep! The space The open concept living space boasts a shared large fully-stocked kitchen, dining area and living room. There are 3 individual bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Room # 2 is upstairs and down the hall from Room #1. There is a brand new ensuite in the room and a new, comfortable double bed that awaits a weary traveller. You’ll find a desk & chair for work or study. For longer stays, there is a dresser and a clothes closet. Guest access There is parking on the East side of the building with 2 electrical outlets available during the winter when plugging in is a necessity.
