Internet: There is Wi-Fi for internet access in our villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by service providers and excessive user load due to the intensity of the season. Our Service: Our villa is delivered to our guests in a clean condition. Special Note About Kara Gediği: It is 9 km from Fethiye and 2 km from Çalış Beach. Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No additional fee is charged. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guide services, health insurance, etc. are not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed. However, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, bees, etc. in the vicinity. Other things to note Damage Deposit: A temporary deposit of 5000 TL is collected at the beginning of the reservation for possible damages to the villa and its contents during the rental period. In the inspection to be made before leaving the house, if there is no damage, missing, loss, etc. in the fixtures and goods of the house that was delivered in good condition, the deposit will be returned. For long stays between October and April, the tenant only pays for the electricity they use. For long-term stays, a deposit of $200 is charged.
