You can have pleasant moments with your family and loved ones in our rental villa, which offers an enjoyable vacation. The space Living room : There is a comfortable seating group, armchair, television, satellite receiver, air conditioning, dining table and chairs. Kitchen : American style kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, oven, 4-piece cooker set, table and chairs, exit to the pool terrace. 1. Bedroom : 1 double bed, coffee table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom, toilet. 2. Bedroom :1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning. 3. Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, pillow-top. 4. Bedroom: 2 single beds ,wardrobe, pillow-top. Pool: There is a private swimming pool and its dimensions are; Height: 5 m X Width: 3 m , Depth: 1.45 m. There are sun loungers and a single swing by the pool. Internet : Our villa has Wi-Fi for internet access. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions due to service providers and excessive user load due to seasonal intensity. Our service : Our villa is cleanly delivered to our guests. Special Note about Kara Gedik: It is located 9 km from Fethiye and 2 km from Calis beach. Important Information : Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. There is also no charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health insurance, etc. are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed. However, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, bees, etc. in the environment. Other things to note Damage Deposit : For possible damages to the villa and its items during the rental period, a temporary deposit of TL 5000 is charged at the beginning of the reservation. In the check to be made before leaving the house, the deposit will be refunded if the fixtures and items of the house, which are delivered intactly, are not damaged, missing, damages, losses, etc. Long stays between October and April also, the tenant only pays for the electricity they use. Long-term stays are also subject to a security deposit of $200 USD. Since the electricity belongs to the guest, the guest will be deducted from the deposit amount on the day they check out and the remaining fee will be returned to the guest.
