Entire 3.5-bedroom apartment (2nd floor without elevator) for 1-12 persons in the Bernese Old Town. Private bathroom and kitchen, private laundry. 3 minute walk to Bern main train station, 2 minutes to the Swiss parliament and all major sights, 1 minute to shops, restaurants and the entire Bernese nightlife.. and at the same time only 5 minutes down to the river Aare or to Bern's Botanical Garden. The space * super-central location in the heart of the Bernese Old Town * the 3.5 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor (without elevator) of a historic building and has wood parquet flooring. Bedroom 1 has windows to the south towards the inner courtyard. The other two connected bedrooms 2 and 3 are facing north towards Speichergasse * The very sunny, bright bedroom 1 facing South has a 180cm king-sized bed and a daybed that can be transformed into a 160cm queen-sized bed. There is also a table (foldable) for up to 4 persons. With outside blinds the room can be darkened quite a bit (but not completely). * The two connected bedrooms 2+3 facing North towards Speichergasse are less quiet (traffic). In bedroom 2 there are two bunk beds (so these offer 4 sleeping places of 90x200cm, which are suitable for children or persons up to 100kg). In bedroom 3 right behind there is a 160cm queen-sized bed and two sofa-element which can be transformed into two 80x200cm single beds. * Kitchen and dining area: the combined kitchen-dining area has a stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, water kettle. Is also has a table and chairs for 4-8 persons. * Bathroom with bathtub/shower and WC, private laundry machines (washer and dryer), second bathroom with WC. * WiFi, coffee and tea are included in the price of the apartment Guest access * Private bathroom (sink, toilet, shower), private kitchen, your own private laundry machines (free of charge) Other things to note While the apartment accommodates up to 12 persons (4 of max 100kg), it will be quite crowded at this maximum capacity. The ideal occupancy would probably be around 6 persons. Due to the club at the ground floor of the building, quiet night can unfortunately not always be guaranteed, especially on the weekends.
