The redwood Victorian

This is an old Victorian styled house that is being restored.. This guest suite that we have to offer is a little slice of heaven. The guest suite is set up like a motel room with a queen size bed, coffee, an electric kettle, min fridge and microwave. A large tv equipped with Netflix, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. All Wrapped up in a master bedroom with a grand entryway. The space It is near by the airport and within 7 minutes from Arcata, where there is shopping and a quirky town and within 10 minutes from beautiful Trinidad where some of the most beautiful beaches stand amongst the rugged coastline and towering trees. Other things to note The out side of the house has some flaws, but we are working hard in the off season to try and bring this property to it's full potential.. so there is some character.
