Cox is almost as bad as time warner, when it works it is awesome and fast, however, when it goes down there isn't much a host can do about the service interruption. Due to this fact we do not offer refunds of any sort due to wifi issues. A few things to note: Airbnb views ratings two ways, 5 stars and one star. This property is very highly maintained so on occasion you will see maintenance personnel on site. Gardners, Landscapers and pool cleaners are a few examples. For the most part they should not affect your stay and most guests are not aware that they are there at all. Park rules for animal waste, we love our pets and we love yours too. We require that guests pick up after their own animals immediately so we can keep our property and your stay as sanitary as possible. Construction. At varying times throughout the year there may be construction on the property. We don't expect it to interfere with your stay and we ask that guests, children, and pets stay clear of those areas for their own safety. Early check in or late checkout may be available depending on the schedule, if available there will be a 75.00 fee. ****IMPORTANT**** This is an extremely safe and secure area with almost zero crime, please be respectful with noise and be polite to the neighbors. This is the main house of a property that had multiple units onsite. Your unit is absolutely private and nothing inside is shared. What is shared is the parking area, pool, some walls, the roof, the backyard, the driveway, the wifi, air, sky, earth under the house, etc. *** POOL NOTES *** The pool is professionally cleaned 3x. week, however occasionally high winds or other storm activity can blow in dirt/debris. DO NOT under any circumstances touch the pool equiptment. Per airbnb rules, only registered and guests that have paid are allowed onsite. Please be aware the person booking is totally responsible for their actions and the actions of all their guests. There is no exception to this rule. You brought them they are YOUR responsibility.
