The house has 1 bedroom on the first floor with a private balcony, TV and new mattress. On the second floor, there is a full kitchen with all the essentials, TV, sofa that can sleep one comfortably and a balcony which is perfect for watching the sunset. Note: During the summer months, Florida experiences lovebug season. Lovebugs are pollinators that do not bite or sting animals or humans. Since the home is located in the intercoastal area, you may see more lovebugs than usual during this time if you leave the doors open. There is designated beach access across the street. Due to beach erosion, there is a significant drop down to the beach so be careful as you enter the beach area. The house has everything you need from sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and french press.
